Compassionate Care Services                                                             

We provide quality, non-medical care and companionship services to our clients who wish to stay in their own home but need assistance with certain tasks. We provide all homemaker services such as baking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and household chores. In addition, we provide transportation to the doctor, grocery store, errands in-and-out of town, companionship and escort service to weddings or other special events. We provide courtesy check-in calls and provide overnight assistance when our clients are not feeling “quite right” or when they return home from the nursing home or hospital setting. When primary caregivers need a break, we provide temporary assistance so that he/she can get the rest that they need.

Our faith-based business is very personal in that we answer our phone 24 hours per day realizing that needs and challenges don’t always happen during the typical office hours of 8 to 5. We specialize in getting to know our clients very well so that they trust us when we say, “We are here when you need us.” Our “on-call” services provide peace of mind not only for our clients but their family members that live at a distance. We truly mean it when we say that we are, “the service that treats you like family.” Our service is based on the simplicity of Ephesians 4:32, “Be Kind and Compassionate to One Another…”

The process of setting up services is very simple:

1) Free Initial, In-Home Consultation
We start with a visit to your home setting to meet with you and, if possible, your family members to talk about our services and to discuss your needs to best design a service just for you.

2) Caregiver Selection
Next, we carefully review your needs, experiences, and interests. We choose a caregiver/companion who we believe would be just right for you. Of course, caregiver/companion changes can be made if you desire. We feel it is very important to have just the right person providing “Compassionate Care.”

3) On-going Communication
We feel that it is important to keep in good communication with our clients. We specialize in getting to know you and your needs. We perform quality-service visits, courtesy check-in calls when loved ones are out-of-town, and we send a personal newsletter to our clients each month.
